Åklagaren yrkade vid Solna tingsrätt ansvar å J.H. för brott mot knivförbudslagen enligt följande gärningsbeskrivning: J.H. har den 8 juli 1995 på allmän plats i Solna innehaft ett paraply försett med ett dolt stickföremål, trots att detta inte kan anses ha varit befogat.

J.H. uteblev från huvudförhandlingen.

Solna tingsrätt (1996-02-09, rådmannen Sten Lundqvist) dömde J.H. för brott mot knivförbudslagen till penningböter 1 200 kr...
